Dr. Furshman graduated from Georgetown School of Dentistry in 1981. Currently he is a teaching assistant at the Pankey Institute Key Biscayne Florida and has previously acted as a clinical instructor for Anterior Aesthetics and Posterior courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. As a Miami area cosmetic dentist Dr. Furshman has also shared his expertise guest lecturing at regional dental society meetings and educational seminars on topics ranging from cosmetic esthetics to dental implants.
